How can I create an account if I am in the USA but the system says I am not?
We block customers outside of the USA from creating an account. Some users attempt to bypass this restriction by using a VPN, or Virtual Private Network, to appear as though they are located in the USA. If you are physically in the USA and using a VPN, simply turn off the VPN and try again.
