Why do you not accept my mobile number for creating an account?
A wireless telephone number is one associated with a mobile device. A VoIP telephone number is one that may be used for voice and text but is not necessarily associated with a mobile device. We require a wireless telephone number for account creation. VoIP numbers are not permitted. This is to help control fraud.
