Each time you engage in a conversation with a new user, it counts as a conversation. Your Flext Free account can be used for up to 10 conversations. When you exceed 10 conversations, you will still be able to receive texts from new contacts but you will not be able to reply to them unless you delete one of your other conversations or upgrade to Flext Premium.
