We allow your account to remain free as long as you use it sparingly. It costs us nothing to receive text messages. So you may receive an unlimited number of text messages. On the other hand, receiving images files or sending texts cost us money. Therefore, we limit your use to 500 texts every 30 days. Received images count as 5 texts and sent images count as 10 texts (since they cost us more to send). Each sent Short Code text counts as 7 texts. Each received Short Code text counts as 6 texts. Each text over 160 characters count as multiple texts. If you do use more than 500 texts in a month, your account will be locked. To remove this restriction, upgrade to Flext Premium.
