Even if you do not send or receive texts, there are still costs for keeping your number active and ready to receive texts at any time. For this reason, if you are not using your Flext number, you will lose it. Therefore, in order to prevent your number from expiring, you must receive a text from a unique third party (someone that has sent a text to you less than three times) every 7 days or you will lose your number. To get this number back (if it has not already been purchased by another Flext user), to go to the upgrade to Flext Premium area of the app to view your options.
